Default Car floods after pumping gas!?

ok well i'm still workin out all the bugs after just installing my new motor and turbo set up a couple weeks ago. i'm runnin 440cc cpr injectors with the "hack", a wrx fuel pump and thats about it. my problem is when i go to pump gas, and i try and restart my car, it floods and just cranks but wont start, usually takes me 5-15 minutes afterwards before i can get the car started. i gotta hold down throttle just to get it started, or pull my plugs. and so yeah dis is getting annoying. everyone i've talked to have never heard of this problem.

thanks
zol

Their was some trick with the purge valve that fixes this problem. Even with a Hondata and 550cc injectors, if the car is cold when I fill the tank it wants to chug and idle like crap for a minute or two after starting the car again. If the car is warm it doesnt seem to do this as bad. I havent messed with my purge valve yet but once I confirm that is the source of the problem I may just disconnect and remove it.
