CD6 vs CD5 Suspension
ok....i was gonna get some JDM springs, but they only list for the CD6.....ive got a 94 EX CD5.......will these work....FYI they're espelir super active down springs
What year is the CD6, I have a 99 accord and ive been wondering what it is do you know, i work for a honda dealership ill see if the suspension is close to what your looking to do.
ok....the springs im looking at are desinged for the JDM japanese accord SiR....(94-97)....FYI...the CD6 was only avaible in japan...hence the JDM japanese accord....that ive previosuly mentioned on numerous occaions.....if ur asking WTF was it only avaible in japan....its cuz the japanese peoples dont wanna give their best hondas to us ignorant americans....because as we all know....were definatly not deserving...but once again, my ? is, will springs designes for the CD6, fit on a CD5, if u work for honda, raise your hand, and tell me if theyll fit

Why would they sit any higher? Both cars have 2.2L engines, and I dont think the H22 weighs too much more than the F22.

Suspension wise it's the same expect higer spring rates and different shocks! So you can install springs for CD6 on your CD5. For example: Apexi WS coilover, Tein HA,HR,CS are design for the CE1 which is the 5th gen wagon but will work on on the all 5th gen accords!

Sure buddy. With aftermarket springs for your USDM Accord you'll at least know if they are gonna fit your car and what the spring rate is, the change in ride height, etc.

nothing wrong with eibach. espelir or whatever the **** i've never heard of, however.
but yes, they'll fit. the suspension is identical, just different spring rates due to engine weight differences.
