Hey guys. I just helped my friend install in RSX-R headlamps onto his Type-S, and everything fit fine EXCEPT for the passenger side headlamp. The problem is that there are 4 screws total holding it in, and the screw that connects to the fender is off by a few centimeters, so you can't really screw that one back in. With the rest of the screws set in and the fender screw off, the headlight doesn't sit as flush as the driver side. There is about a little less then a 1/4 of an inch gap.
We also tried screwing the fender screw in, but then the rest of the other 3 holes won't line up, BUT the headlight sits flush and correct.
It seems like something is wrong w/ the brackets on the headlamp, so all the holes don't match up.
Does anyone have a solution or fix for why it is like that?
**Will try and post up pics so you all can see what i'm saying.**
Thanks guys
Jarel
pics are on ClubRSX - http://forums.clubrsx.com/show...21278 (Sorry to cross-forum it...but its for the ClubRSX people)

Well they look grand. I know when I installed my HIDs that I ended up removing the bumper to make it easier, I am assuming you guys also removed the bulber. I would check the mounting holes and settings from the right side, I thought there was a mount on the bottom front that I had trouble with and if its not in all the way the light gaps like in your pics. Otherwise good luck. I have a SS RSX-S also and want a set of those

Ya, theres a screw under the light which you have to remove the bumper to get to. Bumper removal is necessary to swap the lights.
