Default Race CAT verification

I put a Race CAT in my Accord

Verification that if it stays there,
car will never pass inspection
and I get a FAT 2500.00 ticket

True on both parts>??

Thank You all
And remember the pleasant hum at 90

$2500 ticket is if cops catch u with a gutted cat/no cat, if u have a race cat that still does something, i dont think u get the ticket however ur chances of passing emissions are slim to none

race cats are not cats
they are resonated test pipes with a little catlyst material around the edge.

heh, that's gonna be a nasty ticket for you, and no you'll never ever pass inspection, even in NC where they only check for the presence of a cat.....they'll notice it's just a resonator or test pipe.

that's what's up in california too..

you dont want to be caught red handed with a non properly working cat(or no cat at all)

test pipe, resonated pipe, high flow cat(without carb eo)
