Troubleshoot: JDM HIDs - lights are acting funny
Hey guys, I just put my jdm hid front end on my integra, and now the lights have been acting funny. Everyhing was working perfect at one point, until i was driving and I hit my hazards, then I lost my cluster lights and my parking lights. I thought i blew a fuse for that but its good.
So I was playing with it today and heres what Ive found..
with the number 19 fuse out (Back up light) I have no parking lights on the 1st click, I have no dash lights, but I do have turn signals when I have my hid's on, and I also have turn signals when I have no hid's on.
With the number 19 fuse in, I only have turn signals when no lights are on, and with click one I have parking lights. When I have no lights on, my hazards work, but will stop when I put my lights on. But for some reason my hazard symbol will stay lit up when I put my hid's on.
During both of these problems my left window will not work. I dont understand whats going wrong, someone give me a hand...
Thanks guys

get a 12 volt relay at any auto store
make sure it is a 4 pin out relay
one with the fuse is straight to the positive
the other is all the negative
then one is striahg tto the headlight and the other wire is a ground
its very easy
pm me
i can draw you a pic
you need a relay
no splicing

so did you have to get a new fender i thought your "body guy" said it wasn't usable?
because, based on your "truthful" statements, it was crushed right?
