Default bought some 2001 itr cams but what springs/head gasket ?

newbie to tech stuff so dont slate me.

had a look around and people say b16b retainers are same or almost as good as b16a so im leavin them but what springs should i put in. may take limit to about 8800 rpm but not even this if im not makin anythin up there when i get setup on dyno. want to be 100% safe on this. cant seem to find info confirming 100% whether itr springs (exhaust and inlet) are different than b16a ?

some say just move b16a inlet to exhaust side and get itr inlet ones (may be other way round). does this mean b16a inlet are same as itr inlet ? as you have read im totally confused.

gsr intake springs are itr outer springs. So if you had a gsr you'd be able to do that. Just go with the ITR valvetrain. i need to upgrade my valvetrain too soon, except I just gotta buy the ITR intake springs and move my intake springs over.

What they meant is:

You can move your GSR exhaust valve springs to the intake side of the head, then buy ITR exhuast valve springs for the exhaust side of the head. Hope this makes since.

was offered set of spoon springs for liitle more than than full set of itr so took the spoon. would have cheaper to go for itr exhaust spring set and was fine for my needs but just planning ahead in case i go for some wilder cams in the future.

done a search but cant find any info on the spoon springs though. hope their o.k cos there on the way now.

Yes you are correct GSR intake valvesprings are the same part number as ITR exhaust springs. Also if you need just the ITR intake valvesprings I have a set that I was going to use in my build and ended up not using PM me.
