Default Help me with friends set up please

My friend recently decided he wants to turbocharge his 98 EX coupe. He has a JDM OBD 1 B16 motor in there now. We are trying to piece together a kit and that is where you guys come into play. This is going to be a total street car and we are only going for 8 psi max. We have decided that we are going to go with hondata for fuel control over the FMU set up. He already has a set of OBD 1 DSM 450cc injectors. What all has to be done so we can wire these in? Do we have to install a resistor box or no?

Basically the reason why I created this post is so you guys can tell us the best parts for a street set up. Keep in mind that this is going to be a total street car. He wants to retain A/C, powersteering and all of that. We are confused on what specs to go with for the turbo. Possibly a T3/T4 but we are unsure of the specs. We really dont want it to be real laggy on the bottom and we surely dont want it to lose power up top. If you guys please could point us in the right direction for this set up please do so.
