i recently spun a rod bearing in my 95 prelude se i was just going to put a h23 short block in mines place but after looking it over ive been thinking of getting a new crank and the one rod then all new bearings will this work? i can get a f22 crank for 75 buck instead of 125 for the h23 but they have the same part #. my question is can i fix my motor this way and can i use this crank?? thanks any help is welcome

like you said it's the same part number, yes get the f22 cheaper and more abundant than the h23 engines, btw the f22 crank and rods is what I'm using on my engine to achieve that extra displacement. also fyi the f22/h23 cranks weight 35 lbs and the h22a1's 39lbs
