I'm not too sure of the differences between the two, but I do have a new Ingalls kit for EK Civic for sale. Email me if you're interested, thanks.

My friend had the ingalls kit on his car, and he wasn't happy with it at all! It made his wheels stick out more, so now he uses the progress kit on the front and back. He really like that much better, and some other people I have talked to said they perfer the progress kit more than the ingalls. I've got the Progress kit for my car, but I haven't gotten around to installing it. I got it as gift for my birthday so I couldn't tell you where to get it. I'm sure people sell it online. Just do a search for "progress camber kit" on goggle.com

I have the Progress kit on my EG... it's a straight foward install, before you put them on, you'll have to get a pre-alignment specs. Then from the camber numbers follow the instructions on what you'll need to use.. the kit number is #53.1003

Check through http//groupbuycenter.com , I think I saw them in their a couple of days ago. I got mines for $175 out of some shop called Apex motorsports in Arizona.

On that same page of camber kits is the one for the 96-up civics which is the same as the Canadian Acura EL. Just goto http://www.google.com and type in 96-00 Civic camber kit.

What kind of car? Mr bros has the Ingalls kit on his 97 Del Sol (front only) and the kit is just fine. Import Performance Centre in Brampton did the install. We did have to wait a month to get the kit in.
