Default newbie

new member here just wanted to say great site. i was once a porsche tuner, thus the name, anyway i saw the error of my ways and crossed over to the honda acura camp. i am now an acura tech, yay! this is by far the most organized and most enjoyable forum i have witnessed thus far. keep up the good work everyone.

944's are expensive to maintain, and the parts will burn a hole through your wallet.

i'm also a newbie to the site, tho i've been doing up hondas for a while now. i remember when 16 inch wheels looked huge on my first ef, my new 18's tho fit the wilwood's just rite! great job on the site, i'll be posting often.

Honda makes reliable, practical cars porsche makes high end sports cars, what do you expect?

But the S2000 still owns the porsche boxster around a race track!

german cars will make a mean man out of you. besides i can afford to play with hondas. honda has always built good engines from the very start.

i am considering building a b20 vtec. does anyone know what is a safe compression ratio to run on pump gas? what is the best head to use b16 or gsr? i want to run all motor. i am interested in any input or websites where someone has completed this engine. i have a friend who has a built type r motor making 220 at the wheels and i want to make more power hahaha.......uh sorry got carried away.

Oh so true...I use to be a VW guy and man I was pissed at my car more then i was happy at it....

My little honda has made me happier then my supercharged Vr6 ever did!
