Here's the websites for the local SCCA
http://www.cfrsolo2.org/
and http://www.eec.com/racing

The moving information for the 2nd site to the 1st one. The Palm Bay site is probably just over 1 hour away from the Orlando International airport.

Cool We should get a group together. I know all that attended my last bbq would come plus you guys plus whoever else who wants to come. I can easily see 15+ people going to an event. We could probably get a group discount. Maybe we should start tentatively plan for the future?

According to the schedule there are 5 more events before the end of the year:

Sept. 23 @ BCC in Palm Bay
Oct 21 @ VCC in Orlando
Oct 28 @ BCC in Palm Bay
Nov 18 @ BCC in Palm Bay

As it stands now I'll be at the BCC events.

Martin Sports Car Club has an autocross event every SECOND Sunday of the month.
http://www.martinsportcarclub.com
it is held at the Martin Marrieta parking lot.
To get there, coming from Orlando, take I4 west bound and exit at Kirkman.
You must be on the left lane as the exit is on the left.
then just continue straight until the road dead ends at the Martin Marrieta gate.

If you plan to race, be there before 9:30 AM so you can go through tech inspection.
Guest fees are $25, They can lend you a helmet if you don't have one.

George
