Looks like JDM bling to me. Actually it looks like it's just a foam filter. I can't say I have experience with it, but I'm willing to bet that it's way overpriced for what it is.

You can also remove the air box and get a Cone air filter and retro fit it. Your best bet is a short ram air intake. That filter above is just bling

foam filters

Get a K&N RU-2820 filter, cut up your stocker and put the K&N on the elbow. It will fit the airbox just like stock and filter better than some foam crap.

Or, just get the K&N Filter that fits directly. That thing fills up the stock airbox quite well.

The RU-2820 costs less than half of what the actual K&N drop-in replacement costs, I think it's actually larger (more filter area), and if you use both the elbow and endcap from your stock filter, the 2820 actually fits better than the drop-in replacement. The K&N drop-in for Integras does not have the rubber nib on the end of the filter like stock, nor does it have the rubber gasket around the neck to seal the 2 halves of the airbox like the stock filter does.
