Default 98-01 integra going wingless

alright, i'm planning on taking off my rear spoiler off my teg. however, i'm a bit cautious about the led wiring that powers the light on the spoiler. how and what am i supposed to do? or is there a forum on here already that shows how to take the spoiler off? thanks a bunch!

its pretty easy and self explanatory. open up your rear hatch, pry the plastic piece that covers the electrical stuff oppen with a butter knife or something its a little tuff. once you pry it open pull down to set all of the little locking devices free from there you can unscrew i think there are 2 bolts on either side of the spoiler. once you do that you can unplug the lead light. sorry my instructions arent that great but its a rather easy process should take about 15-30 .

After you take the wing out plug the holes, use bondo, or weld them shut. Also don't you need a RS/GS/LS/SE 3rd light

I went wingless a couple months ago as well. First had the OEM GS-R spoiler, then had the Type-R spoiler, and now wingless and staying wingless.

I just have white electric tape over the holes for now. Gonna get them filled when I shave my side moldings.

Ha, I guess that makes me an original. Mine came without the wing! (Of course, it's an RS )

The electrical tape fucked up my car. It left some permanent sticky **** on there and I can't take it off. Go to homedepot and get a bunch of white plugs and paint them the color of your car. That is what I'm doing. My other friend used interior clips to fill in the holes and they fit perfectly. I don't know exactly where the clip came from.

I actually went to Home depot and Lowes, but they said they didn't have the plugs. Looks like you're from the Bay Area as well. Let me know where you got them once you do.
