cheapie? Aren't the ones on ebay the same ones you get from anywhere else? My brother has a set of black projectors on his 88 Crx and they look nice with the black corner lenses.

I have a set of APC projo's on my car, and they look great. It's the only apc thing on that car, but i liked the style of them, and the fact they are made of real glass like the stock oem's. Sorry I have no pics as of right now, and my car is tucked away for the winter.

How bright are they at night? Because I've heard how projectors suck with night time driving.

Blue..that pretty much sums it up. A friend/customer at my work has an EF8 w/ the projectors...he's saving for HID. They were pretty nice...I sat in the driver's seat at night w/ them lit up.

As far as anything blue goes..read: http://wherearemypants.com/rag...k.htm

Don't take it the wrong way, I'm not trying to attack you or anything. I have seen black housing w/ clear projectors around.......if I do decide to go w/ projectors...that's the route I'll go with....

No problem...I have seen a few people in my area with the clear projectors and the results were still the same....except on one they switched to a better bulb...and it seemed to be a bit brighter

I think your going to have bad light output with the black projectors no matter what you do. There isnt going to be much for the light to reflect off of like the chrome ones. I like the black projectors as well but I dont know if I want them or not just for that reason.

I don't have them, but a guy on here names Johnny_black does, I think they had to customize there cold air intake to make it fit with the projectors.

Plastic lenses, I have the chrome ones with philips bulbs and no complaints here Id say their better then my stock ones were. The cutoff isnt incredible but their not bad at all and look bright as hell at night.

I belive it depends on the brand, some have a glass front and other have plastic, I would figure glass is better as it woudl resist heat better and scratch harder, but I can't say forsure.

Well depending on what intake you have and what projectors you have, you do have to do some custome work to the intake to make them fit.

Where the link in your Sig.?? I couldnt find them??

As for plastic or glass lenses I think that all the ones that are being made now do have plastic lenses but I cant be for sure but I asked a few people selling them and they all had plastic lenses no matter if they are the black or chrome housings.

I have the older chrome housing ones brand new in the box that have glass lenses but I never did find out how they looked at night though cause I didnt like how they looked on my black car so I took them off right away so they were installed then removed right away.
