you have to play with your parts.. they will ALL FIT.

the headlights.. ur car had 2 bulbs.. JDM only had 1. if you look at the JDM one, its 3 wire. high, low, and ground. your headlight, had 2 sets of 2 wires... high, low, and 2 grounds.. its not that hard. you have to wire them your self.

be pacient.

its not that hard... look, did you get fenders with it.. should, they come in the conversion.

on the corner of the fender, are rails.. where the bumper slide into for fitment reasons..

so.. what i would do.. is put the rad. support on 1st. then, the fenders, 3rd, put the bumper on, but do not tighten the 4 holding bolts, run them in, but don't sinch them down, your going to need to adjust it up and down for height, and to close the gap between the headlights. then the headlights.. i belve the headlights are 4 bolts, directly into the bulb housing. and they have minimal adjustment. then the hood.

its not that difficult. im going through a complete remodle and have my car torn down to the floor, and i put my EF8 front end just to see..

all in all.. took me about 15 mins to completely throw the conversion on.. of course, the cars empty, so i didn't hook the headlights up.. but you get the picture.

can't really tell you how much i paid for my conversion, because i bought a whole clip.. yeah, the half car.. lol, i took everything off, and junked the shell.

so im one of the very few, with a B16, with matching EF8 Vin Tag

as for the headlight wirring.

like i said.. US cars, 2 bulbs.. JDM 1 bulb. the US being 2 bulb. 2 seperate wires on each bulb, meaning, hot and ground. the JDM 1 bulb, 3 wire.. 1 low beam, 1 high beam, and the ground.

so its simple.. take the 2 leads from the american harness, and your 2 grounds joined together, and you have your 3 wire JDM bulb.

the rad. support, i dont' have the slightest clue what your talking about...

I think he's referring to the part that connects the fenders together, gives support and attachment points for the radiator, the mounting area for the hood latch and where the headlamps bolt to on the top....I'm taking a wild guess cuz this is how is on Mk3 VWs...maybe they're the same? maybe they're not.....

if you take the bumper lense off the car youll see the metal part with 2 holes..these holes connects to the metal part near the radiator...

other side was the same.. like i said, fenders, rad. support, bumper, headlights, then hood.. all done.

you might need a buddy to help you hold the bumper level to get those bolts in. or do what i did, hook the top bolt, then tighten them up and adjust.

I havnt read all the posts, but to wire youe headlights all you need are connectors from a 92-95 civic, they have them at auto parts stores for 2 bucks and it takes 5 mins to install.

the hood can be easily done with a jdm rad. support, or you can be like me and pull out a saw and drill and make your stock support work, its really not that hard. [/QUOTE]

the radiator support is the bracket that holds has the hole for the hood to lacth down, what happens is the pin from the jdm hood falls about .75" away from the latch. Like I said before you can chop up your support and make it work, or you can buy a JDM rad. support, other than the support evetyhing else bolts right up.

I didnt mean chop off I mean chop up, as in saw it up and move the inlet for the latch a little forward, I also had to move my latch a little but it wasnt that hard I can try and take some pics if you want...as for the headlights, I was told to buy connectors from a 92-95 civic which ran me 5 bucks and someone who knows a little aout wireing installed them in about 5 mins, so ide say go with that.
