here is EXACLY as it happened,
i've been looking for soooooooo long for a 'teg bumper in my shade of green, and have had no luck. had a WTB thread going....
one day i get a PM from Michael Vu, saying he had my color and could ship asap. We exchange a few emails (email = lsvtecsedan@sbcglobal.net), negociating price, shipping, etc...

On November 13th, i sent a paypal to itrsedan@nichemotor.com, and he assured me it would go in the mail the following morning, also saying to expect it in 3-4 days.

it having been 7 days and still no delivery, I email him, asking where it is. This is his response..........

"Hey.. dude... Sorry man.. I fergot to tell you that they call me saying it was damage during shipment. They are giving me the insurance claim money by mail. So I'll refund your amount that you paid for. Sound cool with you?"

1st of all: w/ proper packaging, exacly HOW damaged can a bumper get during shipping? The thing's completly plastic, not fragile. I mean jesus, did it get sawed in half or something?
2nd of all: it required MY email asking HIM where my bumper was in order for him to even MENTION to me that I shouldn't be expecting it. WTF is that???
3rd of all: if he had time to write me that bullshit excuse of what happened during shipping, then why didn't he have 3 seconds more to refund my paypal???
I have emailed him back twice and no response, plus my paypal hasn't been refunded

god it really sucks gettin scammed. I generally trust everyone on h-t to be honest and able to easily complete legitimate transactions. it only takes 1 person for me to now second guess every future seller I encounter

UPDATE: I finallly DID get my $ back, michael vu is NOT a scammer, just (IMO)quite lazy and inconsiderate.........

report to paypal that you never got the item, if he can't prove that he shipped it to you then paypal will investigate and probly give you a refund.

yea, that sucks about the scam, but i would do as our friend pointed out, go to paypal about it. they are really good about payment disputes.

things get damaged all the time during shipment. any amount of bubble wrap wont stop a tire track over the box dude...

Forget the bumper and go for the refund. you can always take actions through paypal or youre credit card (provided u used that as a fund source)

Shame on michael vu for not getting back to you in a timely manner and shame on you for being impatient. its the holiday season and im sure everyone here is out and about for the next day or so away from the pc.

lighten up for the next few days and try to enjoy the turkey dude.

It comes down to where your from, I think they are equally talented rappers. I personally like biggie better not just for his music but because he didn't think he was such a hard-*** like tupac does\did. Do you seriously think anyone that tupac talks **** to is scared of him? No

If someone talks **** and nobody believes him, that's fine. If someone's talking **** and he gets shot at, and he's STILL talking ****, that's a mo'fuckn soldier right there, haha. Maybe not the smartest thing to do in the world, but pac had some *****. Resorting to talking crap about his height is a low blow, it has nothing to do with his realness as a rapper. Same goes for Biggie's obesity . My vote? As a rapper (content, life) Tupac gets my vote. As an emcee (flow, freestyles) Biggie takes it.

Anyway, back to the original topic...sorry man, that sucks. It is pretty gay how one person can ruin all the trust that another person has for H-T members. They must be pretty ******* low to be able to receive money from people and not give anything back. I don't know how I'd live wit myself.

well man that really does suck

but bumpers can easily get crushed or broken in shipping. i ordered oem sides from a dealer and they shipped them in the dealer box and when i got them one was broken in half. yes they are plastic but that **** breaks too. just wait a few days and see. also it looks like he works at a shop or something cause of his paypal name.

Did you use a Credit Card payment with your Paypal? If you did, just contact the CC company and protest the charge. If not, then contact Paypal and contest he charge.

As for Pac, he is nowhere near great. **** that guy. Biggie had some good flows, but neither of them were really all that earth-shattering.
