Default Nology Spark Plugs and Nology Spark Plugs

Has anyone used the Nology spark plugs? Is it ok to have them grounded to the bolts on the valve cover? Have they caused you any problems as far as gas mileage? Also is there any other things that may help me get more performance with the spark plugs and wires like a nology distributor

I wouldn't bother with the new dizzy, it's safe to ground the ground wire on the valve cover bolt, alot of civic guys did that with the spoon sparkplug wires

any picture of that stuff you have?
