what setup to use

i just need to know what would be a good setup to use in a 91 honda civic crx?

Dual noz port injection...edelbrock carb, nos fogger, stand-alone fuel management, welds on the intake, and enough v-tek to blow yourself up

i have a complete b16 with the jdm b16 head i don't know how to build it though that is my question? i have a 1.7 crank i was thinking of doing 1.7 internals with a turbo but i don't know cause the golden eagle sleeves cost alot so i don't know....
