7.2 ft-lbs = 86 in-lbs.
most larger torque wrenches aren't accurate below 10 or even 20 ft-lbs, so use an in-lbs wrench if you have access to one.

Or use a nut-driver - looks like a screwdriver handle with a socket. That way it'll be difficult for you to break off those studs.

I was actually listing the VTEC valve cover spec, I would assume non-VTEC would be the same.
