Good solution:
rsr exhaust - $490 shipped at turboimport.com
or custom exhaust and header. invest in crower 62403 cams you wont be disaapointed.
Bad solution:
slap on a body kit and spinner hubcaps with GT wings and underglow neon.

I didn't know suspension work required extreme lowering. I have the Tein SS dampers on my car and it might be 1" lower than stock. I have yet to meet a bump or driveway lip that has caused me a problem.

Anyway, suspension work is the best choice for your $500. Start with the ES bushings, a Neuspeed front strut bar and some upgraded struts. A Skunk2 short shift and a decent header can also be had for under 500, too. You could also get a set of 1-piece headlamps and some Raybrig bulbs for them. You could get a...

save your money for your text books in college. That's about how much you need these days for a semester.

There are so many different opinions I bet that 50 people have looked at this thread and just clicked on to the next one. I personally like window tint. For $500 you could get your car tinted and lowered and it would like much better IMO.

As with everything in this world nothing is right for everyone. Spend some time and plan out exactally what you want from your car. And work on that. Just think about what you do and what you can afford
