Testing waters for accord sale
This is a 1991 Accord LX sedan. It's automatic, and in perfect working condition (although the battery is dead) with 145,000 miles on it. Tan leather interior. It recently got into an accident and suffered body damage (no frame damage) on the driver side. How much could I get for this?
Sorry to say, but not much with that type of damage. It will probably cost more to fix the damage than what the car is worth. I would just sell the car for like $200 to a salvage yard.
Nah dont sell it to a junk yard, strip off everything you can and sell each part individually
put all that **** on e bay. Your bound to get more than 200 bucks.

Would it be worth going to a junkyard and getting a fender and 2 doors and replacing them (even though I would still need to fix up the rear fender)?
Also, what could I strip off this car that people would actually buy?

it depends where you are. Judging from the picture, my guess is your NOT in southern california.
I can tell it's been sitting for awhile too from all the rust formation.
You've got rear quarter panel damage...the MOST expensive **** to fix.
In socal, that car would be worth ~$700-900 if it was running decently and had maint. records. But it would be hard to find a buyer as it is....
The question is: would YOU buy it? Funny...i just saw a black lx in good shape with all the right parts in the cheapie junk yard...
