Sound from passenger footwell when I turn the air or heat on

Default Sound from passenger footwell when i turn the air or heat on.

I have sound from the passeger footwell. Sound goes away when i turn the air off. sounds like something is hitting some sort of fan down there or something is loose. any ideas or comments would help thank you.

something is in the fan area....

have seen in the fan:
mouse
bird
leaves
lots of dirt....

take the 3 bolts off the bottom and drop it out and check it out
