Default ECU Code Help!

I have an 89 Crx Dx and im getting codes 1 (oxygen content) , i beleive this is the O2 sensor , and a code 7 (Throttle Angle) not sure on that one , maybe the TPS? If anyone can help me i would appreciate (?) it.The only thing the car has on it is a cone filter.

Might try pulling off one of your vacuum lines, and let it idle for a minute. This creates a lean condition, and the execissive heat might burn off any deposits that have collected, then re-set your ECU. You would pretty well have to get a manual in order to run a voltage test on it.

Checking your TPS:
With the Key On, Engine Off hook up a voltmeter to the TPS. at idle [closed throttle], voltage should be closec to .5V and at
WOT voltage should be 4.5V.

The best way to adjust the TPS voltage is at idle [closed throttle]. While Key On, Engine Off, hook up
voltmeter between the yel/wht & grn/wht and observe reading. If it needs to be adjusted, loosen the TPS mounting and move
the TPS until voltmeter reads close to .5V. The check engine light will let you know immediately whether you missed
up or not.
