Fro one you can definitely go lowe ron that intercooler price, is it an exact model your looking at.

Also some of your prices are a few dollars too high, but its always better to overestimate.

Second your piping is going to ru you more than $50, for custom DYI thats looks good will run you about $150-$200 compete welds, clamps, silicone, welds, ect...

Well custom doesnt alwasy mean cheaper, it can be no doubt, but you can also piece together a badass custom kit that cost $3,500. It all depends on the qaulity parts in your custom kit

Ill give you my experience with custom vs prefab...

My first turbo kit was a revhard 2c, polished piping, filter kit, all the small details, spent $3,200

My second kit consited on similar simple setup with a few better pieces than a prefab kit, basically this kit i got precision turbo, preciison FMIC, inline pro mani, revhard modified downpipe 2.5-3", this time around I spent about $2500 that includes everything down to the nuts/studs/vacuum lines

Even if the kit was the same price as a current revhard kit I still came ahead because I got better parts.

Just shop around and find good deals

Youre also gonna need fuel management and tuning. You will need a high flow fuel pump ($100), and maybe a FPR, + hondata, vafc, ect... and tuning. Youll also need some gauges, probably (oil pressure, boost, and a/f or EGT).
