hey guys,

was in the process of removing the stock rubber brake lines for SS bling lines, and while working on it with a friend he removed the metal clip that holds the brake line from moving..

Well after investigating for awhile and purchasing a flare wrench, I tried to loosen that nut for the line w/o the clip. Since the clip isnt there, the brake line moves freely. We tried to jam the clip back in there to stop movement, but it still moves a little..

Any suggestions, or am I screwed..?

 

you need 2 flare wrenches.

lots of liquid wrench.

Yup and be careful you don't strip those suckers-

 

use a vice grips on the lil metal bracket just to hold it in place. that's what we did...

u can use regular plyers, but something a lil more sturdy are the vice grips. it's not bending anything else, it's a solid piece of metal.
