Default exhaust problems cause JRSC'ed cars to run sluggish???

alright... so this is the situation... I have a JRSC'ed GSR w/ RC 440 injectors, walbro 255 hp fuel pump, and a hondata s100 that I had street-tuned for my setup... anyway, I was running a stock header at the time... it developed a hole and now the exhaust is really screwed up... sounds like I'm riding a lawnmower. Sounds like one of the exhaust gaskets may be screwed up (rattling and all).

The car is REALLY laggy compared to (damn fast) what it was when I first had the setup tuned. I've got NO oil in my coolant and my oil level seems to be fine (half way between the dots-- doubt I'm burnin'any)... I did a compression test and got exactly what I got before I put the supercharger on (240 in every cylinder). My question is---- Could the exhaust thing be the ONLY thing that is causing my car to run poorly???? Or is there something else I should be watching out for?

In about 2 weeks, I'll be having a Kamikaze header and carsound highflow cat installed (2 1/2" all the way through). Also, I will have my car street and dyno tuned. Hopefully this solves my problem... Any of you have similar experiences w/ JRSC?

yes it can...... if there is no back pressure it can make it run like ****....

also maybe other variable like possibly throwing an 02 code now, which is making ur car go into limp mode... etc.
