When i got my greddy SOHC kit my compressor side of my turbo it not directly pointing downward when on the car, but in fact pointing at almost a 45 degree angle...
im wondering if anyone has rotated it so it will point straight down (easier for intercooler piping)

I just looked at mine and there is a snap ring that holds the compressor on. I would imagine if you would take that out it would rotate. Just make sure you don't pull the comressor housing away from the center of the turbo. If you do you may damage the compressor wheel.

 

yes you can. on my td05h-18g i actually rotated it so it fit my charge pipe slightly better than it did when i got the kit.
