1.8 Mivec win... what is your comment ?

Why do you think that civic can lose?

As I know B20 VTEC isn't that good for high revving. They are good up to like 7,600rpm and if u wanna go over that, u gonna blow it anytime. The 1.8L MIVEC can win is basically becoz of that, better setup and skills of the driver also.

i believe its what mitsubishi has for their variable valve timing on their cars . example -lancers/ evo's. we dont have cars wit mivec here in north america, only for asia and europe...what else is new.

1.6 DOHC VTEC Civic Vs. 1.6L MIVEC Lancer. Civic wins easy, especially on a winding road. That's what happen in Hong Kong.

MIVEC (Mitsubishi Innovative Valve timing and lift Electronic Control)
these come in three different cars; Lancer, Mirage (Colt) and FTO

Civic EK4 SiR is more comparable to Mirage Cyborg ZR, it does wips its *** too, so not sure how your buddy lost

Actually, how do you compare whether civic or mitsubishi mivec is better?
I guess who has the most $$$$ to mod is the best huh.
