are u looking for performane or appearance?
i had a set of ground control adjustable coilover...it's not bad though
however, to me, when it come to performance...it's not that good...not able to tackle corner very well...

G/C's and Koni Yellows are one of the favorite setups of this board.

A cost effective setup is GC with KYB AGX the ride is pretty nice for the money. I've had my GC for 2 years now and have had no problems at all. I originally got them for $275.00 shipped.

Im going mainly for apperance but it never hurts to be able to turn a corner and take them fast.
When i had my hp racing i had stock struts and it didnt boune that much but i guess people in my town like to go the cheapest way the good ol cut springs lol talk about bouncing and tearing **** up haha
so i think im going to get the gc's
thanks

yup, GC is the only coil-over conversion kit that uses an eibach spring.
most others use a lame no-name spring.

how can you find the spring rates? are they written on the actual spring?
I don't really like the way my car rides at all. I have ground controls with AGX's

I my ground control setup that I bought from Bumnah! 650f/800r on Koni Yellows. Ride quality is rough, but good. I mean, I enjoy the ride, I am sure my grandmother wouldn't, but I do And as far as handling goes, I like this setup better than my old TEIN HA's

Where do you suggest I buy some GC and Koni Yellows? (no eBay, too many "like" items to sort through)

I love my GCs. Had 'em with OTS rates on ITR shocks and the ride was great. Running Konis and 450s out back now and it handles awesome.

can't wait 'till I get 450F/450R for my Accord (plus Konis)!

I only hope that the gap between the top of the spring, and the top mount won't be an issue (when the car is jacked up). Could I order a longer spring with the same rate, or could coil bind become an issue?
