13psi good for gsr with straight t3(setup listed)

Just as it says. Turbo is TOO small for the motor so i want to run more boost to make power.
94gsr Built P&P head
Stock Bottom End
FMU 8to1 disk, prelude injectors, VAFC, BBK High pressure fuel pump
Turbo is a t3 .42.48
If you guys want to critisize it feel free. I would like to know where to improve.

get a bigger turbo...that turbo will fall flat on its face after 5500-6k rpms..no matter teh boost.

i ran a similar sized turbo on my RS teg, and it pulled like hell all the way to 8K no problem, then it started leaking so i replaced her with a merkur xr4ti turbocharger.....

Yep

Power is dying off and i want to crank the boost a few psi to compensate for the power loss. I want to know if the turbo will still be efficient at 13psi
