Blackhousing'd My OEM Housings. (01 Accord Coupe) *2 Pics*

I had some aftermarket blackhousings but i wanted the oem quality so i did my own. But unlike others i decided to keep the amber strip. You like or no?

Looks good. But when we did this to our friends accord, we took out the amber. It looks much better with out the amber.

lloks good, you should have taken out the amber piece though.

well....i wanted it to be different from all the other blackhousings so i kept the amber. its like putting in clear marker lights on a teg. I like when they keep the ambers in.

you killed the corner, remember the idea of black housing headlight is to paint the housing only, not the silver reflective part

Yeah, the corner shouldn't be that dark. Also, I say you should get rid of the amber part. It will look so much better.

i actually really like it with the amber strip. it seperates it from all the other aftermarket headlights for that gen of accords.

i painted the turn signal reflector because i thought it looked more complete. plus it doesnt seem to have too ill an effect on my turn signal brightness.
