Default repairing rca cables/wires ? possible ?

buddy of mine gave me a whole bunch of used rca cables/wires cuz i'm having a noise problem with my stereo system. a loud buzzing noise, but goes away when i unplug the rca i have now. anyway, is it possible to repair rca wires ? i mean the used ones i got are missing two plugs on one end. is it possible to put plugs on them ?

Yes it is possible to fix them but they may induce noise interference. You are better off buy a new set of RCA wires. It does not cost that much.
