LOUD clicking noise!!!! from rim
ok this is my problem i am hearing a loud clicking noise that gets louder as i go faster (only while i am rolling) if i accelerate it goes away and when i brake it usually goes away. at first i thaught maybe axle or wheel bearings. so i put the car on jackstands and i still heard the sound with the wheel on, then i stuck my head under there and heard it cmoing from like the rotor area (the car in drive) turned the car off, then took the wheel off and it couldnt hear anything so i put the stock wheel back on oh by the way i have 18"s took it for a drive and its gone no more sounds. i just want to know what the hell it could be the rim looks fine and nothing it jamed in the tire and the sound is really loud as a matter of fact you can feel the clicking it feels like the tire is going to fall off.
thanks in advanced for your help

I had the same thing happen to me, heard the clicking sound. In my case it was a screw in the nail, go over the tire really carefully and look for any screws or nails. In my case I was lucky cause the screw barely went in and i didnt even need a patch. Getting an 18 inch tire is very expensive, as i know all to well.
