okay here's the deal. i swapped out my 98 OEM Cluster for a JDM ITR cluster. my car had about 70k miles before the swap. i got the JDM cluster with 21k km, and i've added about 20k km. i ususally swap it out when i get my smog, and usually anytime i take it somewhere where they'll check my mileage. i kno this is illegal, but do any of you guys do the same thing. i kno that i shoulda went to the DMV to change my mileage record, but it's a bitch. i've been lagging and i'm just kinda like fukk it already, i should just keep doing what i'm doing. what do you guys think??? should i do it already or not.... oh yeah and don't tell anyone...... thanks in advance.

 

just put it in a little before so you put SOME miles on it , then tell them its like a weekend beater or a "FUN" car , not a daily driver . . . .

you dotn wanna coem back and have like 2 miles extra on it for like 1 year or 2 years , that would be like a RED FLAG . . .

im not saying this ok , but just think LOGIC if you are doing something sneaky

i am gonna keep my car... and i do put miles on the OEM odometer. i guess it doesn't matter then... i'll keep doing what i'm doing... i bet everyone else is doing it...

 

hmm not me, I see no point in a JDM cluster....

You could just put it in when you take a long trip or something.
