Mine is worn out as well. When it gets worn to the point where I need to replace it, it will be replaced by a JDM center console (no armrest).

Ummm, don't you guys use your warranty to your advantage?????
You don't need a new badge, either. It's transferred over when warranty replaces it. I should know.

Yeah, whoever made it basically took the top pad off the armrest, wrapped it in plastic, and put it back on. Good idea, no? There were pics posted...

I thought except Air that we breathe, there's no such thing is free...
My ar reast was replaced with a JDM center console at 14,000 miles. The armrest has been placed into storage for many years to come.
Maybe suede cleaner?
I hope that the condom pic is posted soon.... looks real good.... kinda like shrink wrap.

How did u guys' arm rest get worn?(explain)
Did it lose its suede like finish?
Mine, after 40,000mi of use lost its suede like character so I took a damp towel(with mild home carpet cleaner & water) and wiped it off.
Mad dirt started coming lose and I figured that it was years' worth pile of elbow grease that caused it to look worn. There was so much crap on there, I had to wash and wipe numerous times. After I was done, it was restored back to its original shape.
If this is the case with you guys, don't use any harsh detergent.

Fog light switch goes on the left of the steering wheel (in the round hole) using a JDM/UKDM switch
Number plate (JDM/AUDM version) goes under the hand brake replacing the original rectangular plate.

Tell me that you are talking about the armrest on the doors.........and not that you American guys have an armrest centrally between the two front seats. Us Europeans have no central rest. Doesn't it get in the way when giving it 10 10ths ?????
Located between the seats.
It does get in the way (when at 9/10)... especially if you have long arms...
Fastening the seat belts is a lot easier with the centre console removed.
It is a arm-rest (with the number placard at the rear of it) with storage space under the armrest.
On each side of the hand brake there is provisions for 4 switches. One of which is for the USDM fog lights.

If you use your armrest all the time, the best thing to do is pick up a GS-R armrest in black. It's made out of tough fabric material and it'll last you a long time. As for the R armrest, just hang it on your wall.
