Default Suggestions for axles on a N/A 220ish whp autoX/roadrace crx

I've tried to do my research in terms of finding a set of axles for my NA LS/VTEC CRX, and it seems that the main consensus here is that the DSS st.2 axles seem to be the best choice for my app. I should be running around 220-240ish whp. The DSS st.2's are rated at around 400whp. Unfortunately, the DSS st.1's are rated at 215whp, so that's prob too risky.

Unfortunately, I've also read a lot of threads about the DSS's getting broken. I don't know if this is b/c the product is weak, or if the part is hard to install, or whatever. Anyhow, are the DSS's my only choice? I really would hate to pay more than $700 for something more expensive, but maybe it's worth it? I tried checking out the raxles.com site, but couldn't find much info there.

Another thing I'd like to ask is that is upgrading the axles really a necessity for roadrace and auto-X. I've read that the axles get a lot of stress when the car is launched during drag racing, but is it really necessary to upgrade if I don't drag? Can i use the OEM integra axles commonly used in regular B-series swaps and expect reliability? I would think not, but maybe i'm wrong.

Pls help me out thanks!

Gator Axles out of Florida...Orlando I think.
Met the guy last summer.
Good product, reasonably priced but tough.

RPI Racing was using them on a 11 sec turbo B16.
