will any honda fuel pump ex.gsr fuel pump fit in my crx hf w/b16a1
i need a knew fuel pump i think to stop my car from cutting out and missing and im think the factory crx hf pump inst good enough for a b16 so i want to know if like say a gsr fuel pump will fit directly in without any modifications
We put a GSR pump into a 92 B, at the same time we switch the B18C over.
It should be a direct swap (it was for us), and if not, it's not hard to make it fit.
You might want to look into at least getting a new pickup screen, and I'd suggest a new fuel filter too.

i ran a 94+ teg walbro in my 2nd gen crx, you will have to bend the bracket a little that holds the pump and use different style terminals. besides that it worked great

yah that makes alot of sense dumbass
you have to drop the tank, the crx has an intake pump that is only accessable by dropping the tank.
You have to drain the tank with the 14mm drain bolt.
After that, there is a plastic rock gaurd that protects the rubber hoses that feed into the gas tank
Then undo the 2 12mm nuts that hold the straps around the tank, dont forget to unplug the wires that feed into the tank from inside and will slide out with the tank. Then undo the 10mm bolts that hold the pump in the tank. After that, you can ghetto rig a integra pump in but like stated above, your CRX pump is alot bigger. If you buy a walbro pump it comes with the supplied hardware to basicly "convert" the integra pump so you can use it on your crx. I would just go that route. Just dont hook up the wires backwards when u are redoing the connectors otherwise u wil be pumping hte wrong way heh.
Its a pain... buy a walbro kit, get the supplied conenctors etc.
Thats my opinion from experiance
