I remember in a post stan wrote that the oil return flange bolt size was 8mm x 1.25 and long 20mm. I got the bolts and am doing the install and they dont appear to work....

Also, I got a brass 45 degree fitting for screwing into the turbo. I think its a 1/8 fitting, but cant remember, mcmaster site order look up feature is currently down... This fitting falls into the hole...
So if you happen to know the correct size for this, let me know.

the fitting to the turbo is 1/8" NPT for 5 bolts turbo and 1/4" for 4 bolts turbo

the garrett uses either 8x1.25mm or 3/8-16

Some Garrett turbo's don't come with a threaded oil feed hole, so people thread them. Did you buy the turbo used?

no, brand new turbo from kyle... ^^^


oil feed thread: 1/4 inch
oil return flange bolt size: 3/8 inch

I told you both info in the original reply...trust me you need to read my reply carefully again

The guy from cheapturbo told me (for the 4-bolt style) the oil drain was 10x1.25 and it was actually 3/8-16, it depends on if your garrett was made stateside or in japan.\

Oil feed, listed to flamenco.
