Default exhaust settup

I've done my research, TI articles/search etc... but now I need some opinions.
I own a 95 GSR, and am eventually looking to get 200whp. My first step is going to be full exhaust, and I was thinking of DC ceramic 4-2-1 Header (2" collector), Carsound Cat (2.25" in/out), and A'Pexi World Sport (2.36"). I was wondering if it would be eaasier to get 200whp later down the road with a 2.5" system all the way through.

Your help is appreciated.

With 2.5 obviously you'll get more exhaust flow, which = more power. And with an Apex WS, you won't get as much of a power increase as you would with other exhausts like the N1. WS is nice and quiet, and if quiet is what you're looking for, then i reccomend that or I've also heard good things about the Greddy SP or SP2. If noise isn't a factor, and you're an Apex ***** such as I, I recommend the N1, I love mine

look into those 1000 dollar headers!!

It'll be ALOT easier hittin' 200whp with 2.5 all the way back!!

so you know the n1 is also 2.36" and both are straight through design (not chambered) just different muffler style (stock like vs. canister) and I think I will go with a 2.5 settup all the way back, how about JDM DC 4-1 Header (2.5), Carsound cat 2.5, and then I dont know what cat-back, need suggestions on that please, thanks

which way are you going to acheive that 200whp? are you going to supercharge it, or nitrous or keep it NA? i don't think you going turbo because you mentioned header in the post.

yes, n/a 200whp, turbo and sc would be hardly impressive at 200whp
and i think i've decided to go 2.5" all the way back

I went with a Toda Header, 2.5" carsound cat and a 70mm Kakimoto exhaust. I nailed 190whp untuned on ITR cams. That exhaust setup had a lot to do with it

If I were you, i'd get a complete 2.5" mandrel bent exhaust and throw a free flowing muffler in there.

If you want 200whp be ready to spend some cash. And please get the top of the line products, you won't make it there buying average products, etc. Also, some headwork, cams, cam gears, some better tranny gearing, bump up the compression and of course Hondata...and then tune that thing. Just be patient and find the right products that all work together
