just picked this up... quality seems okay. not happy about the welds on the inside of the pipes at the flange, looks a bit low rent. i might have to fix that up...

is this header meant to have mandrel bends?

yes that is the JDM ITR header. It should have a 2.5" colector and the welds on the inside of the tubes. You can grind the welds on the inside and have them welded on the outside. That will give you a 20-30% more room on the inside of the tube. 98ctr

I already checked it out, but all i see is knock-off headers and no genuine jdm header.

 

would this JDM 4-1 header fit LS motor?.. i know a guy local that tryin to sell it to me, but im not sure if it would fit on my LS or not.

header does fit all b-series

SMSP header(or equivalent), and custom exhaust all the way back is the way to go guys!!!

hondas are nowhere near as popular over here as in the states... it's a good and bad thing i guess. bad because parts can be a PITA (expensive and difficult to find), good because integras aren't the thieve's car of choice.
