can a no name muffler keep your car from passing smog? its just the muffler and not full exhaust...any pointers on how to be sure your car passes smog (i know you should change your oil) but anything else? thanks in advance

Muffler dont do **** to fail smog,...as long as you have the cat you should be fine!!
Muffler= for sounds and looks!!
