Im swaping out the long block out of a automatic integra and i am at the point where i am pulling out the engine. The thing is i dont know how to remove that cable that comes from the shifter to the tranny? anyone know how to resolve this? how and where can i disconnect the cable?? thanks in advance.

Put the shifter all the way back to the D3 (or D2 if that's your last one) so it pulls the shifter rod inside the tranny back, go underneath and unbolt the 10mm bolts, and use some needle nose pliers to take the pin out holding the shifter cable to the shifter rod. If/when you put it back on, remember to put the shifter back to the same D3 or whatever spot.
