what size slicks are you using? a 1.9 60' on slicks is kinda shitty. I was using 22x14x8.5 on my old integra and pulled consistent high 1.7s. I only had 229 whp on the bottle and got a best of 8.27 in the 1/8th. That was full interior. car weighed in at a shade under 3000.

Keep practicing and you will be in the 1.7 range.
