Hello, i am new. questions about EX and LX's axles..
hello hello, i am 17, drive 2002 accord LX
I was thinking about getting new rims, and it seems like EX models and LX models have different number of axles, EX=5, LX=4 axles...why one know why that is? or did i just see it wrong?
and about new rims..any sugestions? thanks!

The axles are the driveshaft that turns the wheels. I think you are referring to the wheel studs which with a lug nut, holds the wheels on.

dude what about making up your mind? you want someone to hold your hand and get the tires to mounted on too?

Welcome to HT.
you can see lots of rim/tire combinations at http://www.tirerack.com ... you can also get a sense of what is the best combination for you price-wise. Realize that 17+" tires can cost as much as the rims sometimes so choose your combination accordingly.
Something i've always liked was the factory 15" EX rims for accords...ppl here on HT seem to like the EX rims from 01-02 (that happen to look like 94/95 EX rims with the lugnut covers popped off (go figure)).
One word of advice...don't cheap out on tires. I've had two friends wreck their cars on shitty tires in normal driving (*cough* continental *cough*).
My personal preference for tires would be anything in tirerack's all season high performance category from dunlop / yokohama / kuhmo & sometimes Bridgestone. Stay away from General / Coninental and the low-ends of perelli/yoko.
Update us with what you found/decided on/are thinking about.
