93-97
del sol s = no
del sol si = yes

94-97
del sol vtec = yes

vtec has 10.2" inch front rotors as opposed to the 9.5" s/si

Hmm... I don't ever recall seeing them as an option. Learned something new.

And I also put down '93-'97 VTEC.

according to my 1993 honda del sol service manual, si's of that year were the only del sol to have rear disks. after 93, it was the del sol si and vtec. but del sol s was to cheap and had drums throughout its production.

the only difference between the brake setup of a del sol vtec and si are the front brakes and master cylinder. the del sol vtec (b16) uses the same 10.2" front brakes found on Integras (dc; 94+) and Civic Si's (ek; 99-00)

the del sol si shared the same 9.5" front disk as the del sol s.

trust me, i swapped my brakes to integras already same spec as del sol vtec but instead of using a 7/8" master cylinder, i used the jdm integra type-r 15/16" non abs mc.

Put interga rear trailing arms on mine too.. matches right up. The only problem i found was that the teg e-brake cable is a little too long, but they way i put mine on it works fine.

exactly, though i swapped my with my friends rear disk conversion. ironically he had del sol vtec rear brake assembly and i had integras. the integras worked perfectly in his ek coupe, while he traded me for them for the del sol rear e brake lines. but as far as the question. all si del sols and vtec del sols have rear disks.
