My clutch has been acting up lately. Everytime I push it in or release it, it makes a squealing sound like opening an old door. Also, it is very tight with no play and sometimes it gives me trouble when trying to put it in gear. However, it still grabs nice while transitioning through gears. Please help a brotha out 34k on the car btw

lube up the clutch pedal to slave cylinder. underneath steering wheel the pedal is connect to hinges and springs...lube it up with lithium grease

 

Check your fluid levels too...sounds like a clutch master cylinder or even slave cylinder issue first.

Not sure what your problem is, but my clutch has been doing something very similar
