Brake Kit
The brake kit is for a 96-00 Si. Yeah I know it says 96-00 but Ive noticed that some suspension/brake parts fit other model civics.
$525+ shipping

The only thing you need is fluid.

Seeing as how you can get Brembo blanks for $25/hub , sweet pads all around for $60 and a stainless braided brake line kit for $120 at NOPI.com that are specifically made to fit your car, I'd say that's a pretty bad idea.

Cross drilled and slotted rotors are not good ideas. Easy to warp and impossible to resurface.

Just off the top of my head I fugure the rotors alone could come out to 300. And the brake pads another 140 if they come for the front and rear. The pic only shows one set.
I dunno how much the lines would cost at earls but this site lists them at $99
