97 Spring Install
I just bought some Sprint lowering springs for my 97 EX. Is installation relatively difficult? I have spring comprssors. Can it be done by yourself or will it take 2 or more people? Or is their a website or someone with install help like step by step and/or pics? Appreciate the help.
Yes it can be done. Yes, it's pretty easy with two people. It can be done alone but goes a lot quicker with help. Click search in the upper right hand corner, search the accord forum for TECH or SPRING INSTALL in the archived dataset.
heres a link for you, some pics and steps that are probably relevant for your car too.

I was talking to some other people nad i have a few more questions. Will i HAVE to replace the shock because of a lower spring? One guy who installed new sparings and shocks cut his bumbstop in half. Will i need to do this? No one elso u know did this. oh yeah its a 3 inch max drop.
of course replace the damper/shock with it, the stock shock aint gonna hold more than a week with that kinda of drop.
you gonna trim the bumpstop according to your spring, there's instruction on eibach and h&r's kit.
