Default Funky problem... Is it Exhaust Leak related?

I just got my downpipe welded up so I actually have an exhaust now... I pulled out of the exhaust shop, and got on it... smoke out the exhaust... I'm still running REALLY rich... Car transitioned into boost, and was at 5.5psi but just wasn't really pulling.... I have an exhaust leak where the flange bolts to the turbo... could that be my problem? Or is it just that I'm running SO rich that i'm flooding out? I need to burn more chips... At least I have a bunch of chips now, and the car can be driven... even if its getting about 3mpg...

its too rich. I have had this problem many a time. When you hit boost it is just loading itself up with fuel and bogging down. I've had it so rich that the turbo will spool up completly but the car wont move any faster. I would lean it out quite a bit.

damn 250hp at 22psi? holy small turbo?

Exhaust leaks normally arent critical problems. Running super rich will cause hesitation, bogging and overall decrease in power.

so until i can get to burn a new chip in a few days, think i can safely move my vaccuum source from the compressor outlet and move it to the brake booster so it sees the pressure drop? I have a .45 bar spring, and my boost gauge is reading 5psi... i think its b/c of my vaccuum source... So i wanna move my vaccuum line to get the .45 bar... I think I have more than enough fuel and should be safe, right?
