ECU of 2002 CRV?

hi, could anyone help me where i could locate the ecu of the crv? can i still adjust the timing of the engine or not? what's the valve clearance for the K20A3 engine?

Why adjust the valves? It isn't due till 100,000 miles. Timing is not adjustable, the KA uses crank and cam postion sensors to set ignition timing.
